When it comes to makeup, I'm a less is more type of girl. I appreciate smooth, lasting formulas and vibrant pigments, but like to play up my features naturally with an emphasis on my eyes. Plus, I can create my whole "look" in under 10 minutes. That being said, one of Charlotte Tilbury's new Quick N Easy kits has been my latest, daily go-to and the mascara... we'll let me tell you.
The celeb makeup artist recently came out with four kits designed for those who like to keep things simple. They include: Daytime Chic, Natural Glowing, Smokey Eye Evening and Red Carpet Party. Each kit consists of four must-have products from her collection that will help you achieve the desired look. Four products (including the red carpet mascara) is really all it takes.
My favorite is Daytime Chic, which includes a mini Wonderglow for my skin, mini Legendary Lashes Mascara (which I ended up ordering the full size version of. It's that good.), Classic Eye Liner in Audrey and a Beach Stick in Formentera. To complete my look, I use a brow pencil and some concealor. That's it!
I have to go on a rant about the mascara for a second, because it is hands down the best mascara I've ever used. Every time I wear it, (I switch it up to test new products sometimes), I get flooded with compliments. The formula creates a thick, voluminous lash look that's worthy of a red carpet. Carbon black in color, it makes an intense statement. Made with marine glycogen: a hair tonic that stimulates the growth of the hair follicle, tamanu oil, which has regenerating properties in order to protect, nourish and strengthen your lashes and a blend of waxes to make it elastic, it's like nothing I've ever tried before.
