Truth is – I have anxiety, depression, and migraines to thank for getting my start in coaching. Once I changed my lifestyle to become more mindful and learned through an elimination diet that gluten was my main migraine trigger, I felt like a new person.

I embarked on my 200-hour yoga teaching certificate followed by my 300-hour and studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

It’s been a long journey of self exploration, and training, but I’m happy to say that for the past several years I’ve been fulfilled, healthy, and happy. My goal now is to help you get there, too.

I’m based in New Jersey.

The electric energy of NYC. The feeling of the California sunshine on my back after leaving a yoga class.  New people I meet and their stories.  Spiritual teachers.  Music: Bob Dylan, Dave Matthews, Pearl Jam to name a few.

For me, my yoga practice is non-negotiable. Moving on the mat allows me time to tune in and connect with myself. I also compliment my practice with Pilates on the reformer. Love it!

I’d say more like vegan-ish. I eat eggs and have been eating this way since 2006.  It started as a health decision, but throughout the years I've found myself to be quite the animal activist as well. I’m not a huge believer in “labels” and find that they’re often very strict. To each their own!

I love reading and you can always catch me deep into a thriller. There’s something about the escape they provide. Everyday, I read and practice the text A Course in Miracles. I also love reading biographies and autobiographies about rockstars and their girlfriends in the 1960’s and 70’s. My favorite is by Eric Clapton. Self help books are my most favorite though. I underline, circle and highlight throughout and really practice what I learn.
