I take an integrated approach to your overall health through functional medicine, give nutrition advice, and hold you accountable for making impactful shifts that’ll transform the way you feel. Functional medicine seeks to control or reverse each person's physiological imbalances through individualized treatment of the whole person rather than a set of symptoms. Oftentimes what starts out as nutrition counsel turns into career and life coaching. My mission is to inspire, educate, and guide you towards living a meaningful, well-balanced life.

Here’s a comprehensive guide on how I work with my clients. Yes, it all has to do with nutrition!

Here’s what’s included in my 3-month program:

  • Kick off call (60-minutes)

    • Here we’ll discuss your needs and goals for our time together and begin to map out your next few months.

  • 2 calls with me per month (60-minutes each)

    • These touch bases allow me to hold you accountable for doing the work! We’ll evaluate where you are and discuss how to get to where you want to be.

  • 1 call (60-minutes) with an Ayurveda specialist

    • The Ayurvedic system of Eastern medicine celebrates the uniqueness of each individual. It divides people into body types and provides a framework with which to choose correct diet, proper exercise, breathing techniques, and much more that we in the West seldom pay attention to in our daily routines.

    • This can include an assessment of Ayurvedic constitution, current imbalance, and personalized recommendations to support daily and seasonal wellness choices.

  • Weekly food diary / intention journal review 

    • You’ll keep a food diary that I’ll review and give advice on and make healthier suggestions where needed.

    • AND/OR You’ll keep a journal that tracks your daily intentions that we’ll go over together on calls.

  • Weekly intention/goal setting text messages (Monday mornings)

    • Start your week off with clarity and ambition

  • Unlimited text support (Monday - Friday from 9-5)

    • As your coach, I’m here for you!

    • Through text, I help my clients choose the best options for them off of restaurant menus to help ease anxiety, create grocery lists, and answer questions as they come up.

  • BONUS: Breath work and yoga classes (as announced)

    • A virtual group yoga class that starts with breath work to help ease anxieties and continues with mindful movement.

This is the recommended program, but of course it can be adjusted to fit your individual needs.
